Building Coalitions

The Partnership has been a coalition builder throughout its life, but usually on an ad hoc basis. Beginning in fall 2002, we took steps to establish more regular communications with Wisconsin housing advocates, and to work in a more focused way for housing policy change at the state level.

An advocacy listserv is one element of our new approach. From time to time, we also develop legislative proposals, on our own or in collaboration with like-minded organizations.
