Winning Local Government Support

Affordable housing projects and programs rarely succeed without the strong support of local government officials. Because of our longevity and our record of success, the Partnership has often been able to win local government support for creative affordable housing initiatives.

In one instance, our efforts led to a housing and neighborhood partnership that has received national attention. In another situation, we guided a county government in securing federal CDBG and HOME dollars, and in creating a housing development fund.
