Welcome to the Downpayment Plus® program, the Chicago Federal Home Loan Bank's (CFHLB) Affordable Housing Program (AHP) set-aside. The Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development (WPHD), as program administrator in Wisconsin, has created this web application to ensure an efficient and accurate application process. There have been several changes to the program for 2006. Please familiarize yourself with the new aspects of the program before submitting a grant reservation.Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago

This web application also allows CFHLB members to apply for Downpayment Plus Advantage program funds. This program provides assistance to households participating in home ownership programs offered by nonprofit organizations that provide mortgage financing directly to the home buyer, such as Habitat for Humanity. Please use this link for a list of eligible nonprofit organizations. More information about the DPP Advantage program can be found in the Program Q&A.

Also available through this web application are funds from the 2005 Downpayment Plus First-Time Homebuyer Program. This program became available in December 2005, and will remain available until June 2006, or until funds are exhausted, whichever comes first. More information about the First-Time Homebuyer Program can be found in the Program Q&A.
