Development
With more than 20 years of experience, we know the housing development process from start to finish. Beginning with a development philosophy that puts people first, we work with community-based nonprofit corporations, for-profit developers, local governments and the private sector to make projects happen.
The Partnership’s development program was launched in 1993. To date we have two completed development projects, one nearing completion and another in the predevelopment stage. Our work as developers also builds on many years’ experience with comprehensive development consulting.
