Development Projects 
The Partnership seeks opportunities to develop or co-develop mixed-income housing in sustainable settings. Our projects include a new mixed-income subdivision, a condominium development within a Habitat for Humanity subdivision, an urban infill condominium project and the first "green" affordable housing project in the country.
