Financing Programs
The
Partnership is proud to be the current administrator of Downpayment
Plus®, a down payment assistance program funded by the Affordable Housing
Program of the Chicago Federal Home Loan Bank. We have also designed a number
of financing programs, including one that promotes the
purchase of small rental properties by new investor-owners. And for several years we originated
various types of loans made through a local
housing partnership we managed.
