Home Ownership Opportunities
Creating
affordable home ownership opportunities is a major focus of the
Partnership's housing development program. The mixed-income projects we develop,
such as Coachyard Square and The
Uplands, are designed to combat the isolation of lower-income households.
In our work with the Racine Housing and
Neighborhood Partnership, we also oversee the construction and rehabilitation
of homes for first-time buyers.
