The Partnership has helped New Covenant Housing Corporation construct new townhouses in central-city Milwaukee, coordinated the refurbishing and sale of former military housing in the City of Sun Prairie, and assisted Neighborhood Housing Services of Richland County in conversion of the historic Park Hotel into apartments for seniors.
