Development
The Partnership's development projects include a
new subdivision,
an urban infill condominium project,
and the first "green"
affordable housing project in the country.
Because we know the housing development process from start to finish, we
continually seek opportunities to develop or co-develop affordable housing
projects in situations where local public or private nonprofit corporations
may not want to produce or own housing themselves.
