Housing Production

Our work to expand housing production takes several forms:

• we develop or co-develop housing projects
• we act as a development consultant to community-based developers
• we provide technical assistance to expand the production capacity of Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs)

Starting with a development philosophy that puts people first, we work with local governments and community-based nonprofit corporations to make projects happen. Our goal is always to find the best ways to develop housing that meets community needs. The varied results of our development work are evidence of our success.
