Technical Assistance
In our role as a TA provider to HOME program Participating Jurisdictions (PJs), we have helped create new partnerships, provided ongoing support to existing partnerships, and helped public agencies improve their effectiveness as users of HOME funds.
Since 1996, the Partnership has been under contract to HUD to provide
technical assistance to Wisconsin PJs (cities or other government entities
eligible to use federal HOME funds). During this time we have worked successfully
with most of the PJs in the state.
