Welcome to the homebuyer information website! There are two separate Downpayment Plus programs in 2007 – Downpayment Plus® and Downpayment Plus Advantage®. Both programs are funded by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s (FHLBC) Affordable Housing Program (AHP). The Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development (WPHD) is working with the FHLBC to administer the programs for Members headquartered in Wisconsin. Who is eligible to receive a Downpayment Plus grant?

Use the form on our "Do I Qualify" page to find the income limits for your state, county, and the number of members in your household.

How to I apply for Downpayment Plus funds?

You cannot apply directly with WPHD. Only a Member of the FHLBC can apply for funds. Go to the “Participating Lenders” page to find a lender in your area.

What Counseling Agencies are in my area?

Go to the “Counseling Agencies” page to search for a counseling agency in your area.
