Designing Local Housing PartnershipsPhoto of a neighborhood street

Sometimes new partnerships between the private sector, the public sector and nonprofit organizations are needed to help communities meet their affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization goals. The Partnership works with neighborhoods, villages and cities, counties and metropolitan areas to understand their housing needs and problems and find solutions.

We know how to assemble information, analyze it and use it to create effective strategies for housing rehabilitation and development, expanding home ownership, and preserving affordable housing. We are also experienced at working with grassroots community leaders and those most directly affected by poor housing and declining neighborhoods.

For an example of our work in designing local housing partnerships, visit the following page: Racine Housing and Neighborhood Partnership.
