Financing Program Design and Management

Photo of a neighborhood streetSince 1985 the Partnership has designed and managed a variety of financing programs, securing capital commitments of nearly $50 million. We have helped provide low-interest loans, equity investments, forgivable loans, loans for housing development and rehabilitation, loans for energy conservation, and financing for developers and individual owners of housing. Working with community-based developers, advocacy groups, lenders and investors, and local governments, we can create programs that meet the housing development, rehabilitation and home ownership needs of individual communities and neighborhoods.

For an example of our work in financing program design, visit the following page: Neighbor-Owned Affordable Housing (NOAH).
