A Full Range of Consulting Services
 The
Partnership's mission is the Wisconsin people
who need better housing opportunities and stronger neighborhoods. We start
with a development philosophy that puts
people first. Then we work with community-based developers, the
private sector, state and local government agencies, and advocacy groups
to make affordable housing projects happen. Our services range from organizational
capacity building to development
project consulting to independent
housing development. We can also design
and manage financing programs, and we often work with organizations
that seek to expand
housing options for people with disabilities.
Much of The Partnership's work involves
the creation of new
local housing partnerships, whether around a single project or around
the housing needs of an entire neighborhood or community. At times we
also advocate for changes in state or federal housing policy.
