Project DevelopmentBesides providing training and technical assistance to other developers, the Partnership can be a developer or co-developer of housing. That expands the options available to communities and to nonprofit organizations that may not want to develop or own housing themselves. As developers, we can work on a wide range of project types.

We know how to produce housing for sale or rental. We may own projects ourselves or develop them for other owners. We are experienced in development of housing for families, younger or older adults, and people with disabilities.
