Group of People

The Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development expands access to affordable housing opportunities and revitalizes neighborhoods through partnerships among the public, nonprofit and private sectors. We develop or co-develop housing; design and manage financing programs; provide technical assistance and consulting services to nonprofit and for-profit developers and state, regional and local governments; and advocate for increased resources for affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization.
