The Uplands is a new subdivision located on a 39-acre site at the eastern edge of the City of Sun Prairie. Click here for a location map and directions. When completed, the developed portion of the site—about 26 acres—will include 143 homes, a small city park, a playground and other open areas. A 13-acre natural area is a focal point of the development.

A number of fully improved lots in Phase II of The Uplands are now available for purchase by builders or by individual buyers wishing to construct homes using builders of their choice.

All of the available lots are compact (4,188 to 10,031 sq. ft.) and affordable (starting at $60,950). They are offered for sale by the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, the developer of The Uplands. Use the lot availability table to find out which lots are for sale, then refer to the site plan to see where they are located within the development.

Because The Uplands neighborhood was planned under the City of Sun Prairie’s Planned unit Development (PUD) zoning, some design requirements apply.
