Biennial Report for 2000-2001
Released in November 2002, this report covers a productive period in the Partnership's life, including the following accomplishments:
- completion of Coachyard Square, our 23-condominium project
- closing on the The Uplands, our new subdivision development
- continuation and expansion of our HUD technical assistance program
- continuing the Racine Housing and Neighborhood Partnership's work in its first target neighborhood
- management of the Chicago Federal Home Loan Bank's Downpayment Plus® program
- expanding our role in housing advocacy
