Our Financial Position
We're proud of our success in building a strong financial base to support the Partnership and our housing production, consulting and technical assistance programs. Throughout its life the Partnership has supported itself mainly through earned income. We sell the time, skills and experience of our staff to organizations and agencies who believe that what we know how to do is worth paying for.
To strengthen our financial base and to support the preservation of affordable housing, we sometimes invest funds in equity pools organized by the Housing Partnership Network. Our financial statements reflect the success of those investments, and of our day-to-day efforts to monitor our expenses, our net income and our billable time targets.
